Refund policy
Returns
You have ten (10) business days after the order date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Make-up products will not be accepted for a return or refund (for defective or damaged make-up products see ‘Damaged products’ section below).
To start the return process please contact us at Hello@innerbeauty.kiwi. If your return is accepted by us, we will email you instructions on how and where to return the product at your own cost. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds on sale items or gift vouchers.
Damaged products
We photograph ordered products prior to them being wrapped and delivered to you, together with the order’s courier ticket. Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately at hello@innerbeauty.kiwi if any product is defective, damaged or if you have been sent the wrong item. We will email you with instructions on how and where to return the product at your own cost, so that we can evaluate what has gone wrong and put it right. If after inspection of the product we are satisfied that the item is defective, damaged or you were sent the wrong item, we will replace the product at no cost to you and issue you a refund for the return cost.
Refunds
We will email you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
