By viewing and using the Inner Beauty website you are considered to agree to these terms and conditions without qualification. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you must stop accessing and using our website. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions for any reason and without giving notice to users in order to meet business demands and/or comply with any relevant laws. By continuing to access our website, you agree to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time. If this happens with a product you have ordered, we will attempt to contact you before processing your sale by using the contact details provided by you at the time the order was made. Special prices and promotions are subject to availability, and we will attempt to contact you if your choice is no longer available.

4. Ordering products and services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products and services may have limited quantities. 5. Cancellations
Twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment at no charge. Any cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be charged half the applicable treatment cost.
6. Return and refund

7. Shipping and Delivery
We only deliver to addresses within New Zealand. Purchases may incur a delivery charge, which will be outlined at the shopping cart stage of the purchase. 8. Gift Vouchers
A gift voucher can be used for the purchase of products or services. The value of the voucher can be used against purchases in whole or in part, and on multiple occasions. They cannot be refunded, and no change or credit can be given. Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

We own the copyright in the contents of our website.
